Cinder Block Garage Conversion:
To repair and rebuild the existing cinderblock garage to make this necessary building look like it belongs, we need to raise the roof, create an office area, use shake shingles on roof to match the house and barn and create doors. We will use the stone that we were given from the dismantling of the "Benner" barn near Benner Hill, plus some additional stone that we will need to purchase. The total estiamted cost for this is around $65,000. Remember, you can do a part of it!
