REENACTOR GROUP REGISTRATION FORM FOR SPECIAL REENACTMENT EVENTS

Please fill this registration form out as completely as possible and list every person in your group who will be participating. Acceptance of Registration is dependent on available space. Acknowledgements will only be given to those with valid email addresses. All participants, by registering for and attending this event agree not to hold the Daniel Lady Farm, the Gettysburg Battlefield Preservation Association and GBPA’s board, agents, employees, or volunteers thereof liable or responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during this event.

Reenactor Group

Registration Fees: $10.00 each for adults until June, 1 2019; $15 until August 1, 2019; and Walk-ons at the event are $20. No Substitutions. All participants, including children, must be registered. Use additional sheets for additional participants. Emergency contact information is needed for anyone staying on the grounds. Persons 15 and under are free.
