Our
membership is growing and we appreciate your support of the GBPA with
your annual membership. Our newsletter will keep you apprised of all the latest
developments with the progress on restoration and mortgage reduction
of the Historic Daniel Lady Farm in Gettysburg as well as other
projects of the GBPA. If you wish to help in this restoration project with your time,
talents and energy, please let us know. Prior experience is not necessary, we have many things to be
accomplished and all help is appreciated.
On the reverse side is a Farm Plot application. We would like all of our members to be a part of the new
initiative that has started with our “Plot Sales Drive”, to reduce
the debt on the farm. Please remember the special days in everyone’s life –
including your own, with a “Preservation Deed” and a little bag of
dirt from the farm. These make a fantastic gift to young and old with a lasting
memory. Many people have contributed to this drive and have enabled us
to reduce our debt on the farm 22% this past year, going from $400,000
to $313,000!!! We thank all of you who have participated, and your continued
participation is appreciated.
