THE GBPA ANNUAL DINNER

Our annual dinner will be held at the Dobbin House on November 17, 2006. The evening will start with an open bar at 6 p.m. with the dinner buffet being served at 7 p.m. Charlie Zahm will again provide the entertainment for the evening. Several special awards will follow our `surprise' guest speaker. An important part of our annual dinner is the election of new and the retention of current board members. (Several years ago, the Board of Directors, after consulting our attorney and the GBPA bylaws, voted to hold the annual election at our dinner to cut down on expenses. This is commonly done in corporations.) Those individuals, who are running in the election, are introduced and their bio sketch is printed on the ballots.

The board members are then introduced to those in attendance. The evening concludes with the awarding of the silent auction items and the drawing for our raffle prizes. Cost is $30 per person.
