Gettysburg National Military Park Superintendent Ed Clark speaks at the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
“The Gettysburg Battlefield Preservation Association has provided a greater appreciation for what happened at Gettysburg and in the battle’s aftermath,” said Clark.
The GBPA headquarters at 33 York Street  is being converted to museum displays covering local black history, Civil War medicine and a photo gallery of veterans who have swerved in the armed forces.
